What is NOT included in the package?
The package does not include flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, or additional procedures that are not part of rhinoplasty. Septoplasty (correction of the nasal septum) is included when it is medically needed; any other combined procedure is quoted separately before you travel.
How long do I need to stay in Turkey?
Plan for one week (6 nights) in Istanbul. Day 1: Arrival. Day 2: Consultation and pre-op tests. Day 3: Surgery with overnight hospital stay. Days 4-6: Hotel recovery. Day 7: Splint removal and departure.
Who will perform my rhinoplasty?
Your rhinoplasty will be performed by an ENT or plastic surgeon from our team who specialises in nasal surgery; your named surgeon is confirmed in your written treatment plan before you travel. How does booking and payment work?
There is no deposit and nothing to pay before you travel. After your free consultation we confirm your date and send your written treatment plan; payment is made in Istanbul after your consultation with the surgeon, by bank transfer, credit/debit card or cash. Rescheduling is free, and flights are not included in the price.
What happens if I need support after I return home?
You receive 12 months of WhatsApp follow-up with your coordinator and medical team, with photo reviews at 1 week and 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, recovery guidance and answers to your questions, at no additional cost.
What is the recovery time?
The nasal splint is removed after 7 days. Bruising and visible swelling usually fade by about 3 weeks, and the NHS advises up to 2 weeks off work. Final results are visible at 12-18 months as residual swelling resolves.
Will I have visible scars?
For closed rhinoplasty, all incisions are inside the nose with no visible scars. Open rhinoplasty has a small incision under the nose tip that fades to nearly invisible within months.
What's the difference between open and closed rhinoplasty?
Closed rhinoplasty has all incisions inside the nose with no visible scarring. Open rhinoplasty adds a small external incision for better visibility in complex cases. Your surgeon will recommend the best approach based on your goals.
Can rhinoplasty fix breathing problems?
Yes. Functional rhinoplasty can correct a deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, or other structural issues causing breathing difficulties. Many patients combine aesthetic and functional corrections in one surgery. Discuss this during your consultation.
Is rhinoplasty painful?
Surgery is performed under general anaesthesia so you won't feel anything. Post-operative discomfort is usually mild, with most patients describing pressure rather than pain. Medication provided in your package manages any discomfort effectively.
Why is rhinoplasty cheaper in Turkey?
Lower operating costs, lower hospital and staff costs and a favourable exchange rate allow Turkish clinics to offer the same procedure at a lower price. The all-inclusive package also bundles the hospital, hotel and transfers, which are usually charged separately elsewhere.
